Short version: the request form collects four things, one contractor in Oakville receives them, and nobody else does.
What the form collects
The request form on this site asks for your name, a phone number, the address of the property in Oakville, and which of three options describes what needs clearing. That is the whole of it. There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no optional extras.
Where it goes
Your request is stored in our own database and emailed to us so we can route it. We then pass it to one of the independent contractors in the Oakville network so they can quote your property. That contractor is a separate business and handles your details under their own practices from that point on.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share request details with advertisers, data brokers or other contractors outside the network, and we do not send marketing email off the back of a request.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept while they are useful for routing and for answering questions about a job, and are deleted when they are not. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and we will delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. If analytics are running they are configured to measure pages and referrers, not to identify you personally.
Calls to the number on this site
The number here is a call tracking number, so we can tell how many calls the site produces. It records the calling number, the time and the length of the call, and the call itself is recorded. You hear a spoken notice saying so before the call connects. Recordings and call details are used to check the quality of what this site sends contractors, and are shared with the contractor your call is routed to. If you would rather not be recorded, use the request form instead and nobody records anything.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the phone number on this site or reply to any message you have had from us.
